Thus, it prevents the precipitation of particles on the bottom of the tank and increases the flow rate of the liquid it draws into the tank. By the help of this application, the distribution of chemical mixtures on the coating surfaces of the coated parts becomes the same in each part and reduces the coating thickness differences that may occur. It helps to filter out, as it prevents the impurities in the solution from settling on the tank bottom. It ensures that also the temperature in the bath is uniform everywhere. Tank mixing eductors prevent the formation of bubbles or dimples that may occur on the coating surfaces.
